All orders are processed within 4 business days and are delivered from Hong Kong. Do contact us if you need something sooner, we will do our best to help! If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
We offer free shipping to all domestic orders in Hong Kong. Local delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. (Please also check your spam folder!)
International shipping is available to selected countries at this time: Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore and South Korea. Please contact us if you're interested in shipping to another country not listed here!
International delivery typically takes 4-7 business days. Please note that the delivery time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables.
Charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipments may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. Customers are responsible for the costs applied to the order during or after shipping (e.g.tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Kosas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Note that we are unable to ship domestically or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes. Please ship your item to a safe and reliable location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases are final. We do not offer any return or refund services but only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please email email@example.com with an attached image of the damage/defect within 10 days of receipt. The item must be in the original and unused condition with tagging and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
